Epstein Victim’s Lawyers Threatens Criminal Charges Against Prince Andrew

By Sammie Jones-

A lawyer for Epsteins Victims has threatened the possibility of criminal charges against Prince Andrew, if he conspired with mr. Esptein to recruit and sex traffic under aged girls to him.

Gloria Allred, (pictured)who only a couple of days ago told television host Piers Morgan that  she could not imagine how the Prince would not have known there were young under aged girls at the residence of the late billionaire paedophile at three different locations appeared to be intensifying her legal option on a matter that has gripped the British public.

In a subtle suggestion, the vocal lawyer, who has handled numerous high profile cases, indicated that the prince may have conspired with Epstein to traffic under aged young girls, partly for for his sexual gratification.

She replied: “I don’t see how he could have not known that there were underage girls because he did visit homes of Mr Epstein in New York,

Without explicitly directing her threat at the Prince, Gloria Allred, who has repeatedly called for the Prince to testify under oath, seized the opportunity to scrutinise the words of the Duke Of York, following his statement to step down from Royal duties.

In a veiled probe of the words used by the prince during his crash BBC interview, she asked:

”Is he insisting that he be served with a subpoena to testify, or is he willing to speak to law enforcement without being legally required to do so?” she asked.

“My clients who are victims of Jeffrey Epstein have spoken to law enforcement without being ‘required’ to do so.” Expressing her thoughts on BBC Newsnight, she requested a voluntary offer by the prince to testify, after suggesting the possibility of a subpoena. When asked what the next steps will be if Prince Andrew does not volunteer to be interviewed, Ms Allred said there are two “tracks”.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE INVESTIGATION

“One is the criminal justice investigation to see if charges should be filed in reference to anyone who might have knowingly conspired with Mr Esptein to recruit and to sex traffic underage girls to him,” she said.

She said the option  relates to  civil lawsuits, one of which she filed this week for her client Jane Doe 15, who claims Epstein sexually abused her when she was 15.
Ms Allred said: “I haven’t made a determination yet as to… whether we will need to take Prince Andrew’s deposition. But I’m saying he should provide it in any civil case as well, where his testimony might be relevant.”

This morning, another lawyer for the victims, Loisa Bloom told BBC Breakfast that she could subpoena Prince Andrew if he does not offer himself to the U.S authorities to say all he knows.

Lisa Bloom called on the Duke of York to submit for questioning by U.S intelligence agencies as they probe allegations of sex trafficking by the convicted paedophile. She expressed a willingness to subpoena Andrew herself to force him into giving a deposition, but admitted the process would be legally ‘complicated’.

Last night the duke issued a statement confirming he was ‘stepping down’ from public duties in the wake of a deepening crisis over his friendship with Epstein.

Criminal charges cannot only be brought against prince Andrew if there is any evidence to suggest he conspired with Epstein to traffic the under aged girls. Mere suspicion is not enough. The Duke Of York has denied having any knowledge that Epstein had trafficked young girls as sex slaves.
