Donald Trump’s Questionnable Challenge Against Validity Of Votes In Full Swing

By Dominic Taylor-

Donald Trump’s national legal challenge against the validity of voting is in full swing after his lawyer announced the challenge.

Joe Biden is looking like the winner of the U.S presidency, as he approaches the required 270 electoral votes. It’s not impossible for Trump to miraculously overtake him at this last minute, but it’s beginning to look more and more unlikely.

Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, said the Trump campaign was weighing a national legal challenge to the validity of ballots across several states, after filing lawsuits in Pennsylvania.

At a press conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr Giuliani and Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump repeated unproven claims that many mail-in ballots were fraudulent, including many across Philadelphia.

Mr Giuliani claimed that ballots in the city were not being allowed to be observed and properly validated. The same level of voter suppression was occurring in Nevada, Michigan and Arizona,  he also claimed. Democrat, Mr Biden, is currently ahead in the polls.

Biden supporters were accused  of “trying to cheat”, and  Mr.Gulliani claimed that “rampant corruption” had left the Trump campaign with no choice, but to file a lawsuit in Pennsylvania.

Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski said that the campaign had declared Pennsylvania “Trump country” and vowed not to leave the state until the final votes had been counted.

Mr Trump is currently leading the vote tally in Pennsylvania, a critical swing state for both the president and Joe Biden. The outstanding ballots are expected to favour the Democratic candidate, although they may not be enough to overcome Mr Trump’s lead.
