Begum’s New Born May Be Brought To Britain Without Isis Bride

By Eric King-

Isis bride Begum’s new born son may be brought to Britain after the family has written directly to Sajid Javid, asking the home secretary to help bring her newborn son to Britain. The letter, written by Begum’s oldest sister, Renu, also said the family would help her to challenge the decision to strip Begum of her British citizenship.

The family have expressed gratitude that the Home Secretary acknowledges Begum’s new son as a British Citizen, and have asked for him to be sent to Britain to unite with the rest of the family. That request may well be granted without any objections, but this cannot give any grounds for the child’s mother to be allowed into the country to re-unite with her own son. The Home Secretary will have to think long and hard whether he is comfortable allowing Begum’s son into the Uk to be raised by her extended family.  The letter states:

Neither myself or any of my family have had any contact with Shamima,” it said. “We have discovered from media reports, along with the rest of the country, that she gave birth to a baby boy.

“We were pleased to learn from your comments in the Commons that you recognise my nephew, Shamima’s son, as a British citizen.“As a family, we ask now how we can assist you in bringing my nephew home to us. In all of this debacle, he is the one true innocent and should not lose the privilege of being raised in the safety of this country.

“As a family, we ask now how we can assist you in bringing my nephew home to us. In all of this debacle, he is the one true innocent and should not lose the privilege of being raised in the safety of this country.”
“We hope you understand our position in this respect and why we must, therefore, assist Shamima in challenging your decision to take away the one thing that is her only hope at rehabilitation, her British citizenship.”

The letter added that the family were “shocked and appalled at the vile comments” Begum which they noted were not representative of British values.

FLAWED

Yesterday, Jeremy Corbyn made the flawed statement that Begum has the right to enter Britain. He is very wrong when the statute is examined in close detail. Provided she will not be stateless, her British citizenship can be revoked. Begum’s announcement of plans to explore obtaining a Dutch citizenship is something that must be first explored before The Home Secretary considers any chance of bringing her to the Uk. A message must be sent to those who are prepared to go abroad and support terrorists groups that returning to the Uk at a time of their choosing will not be a straightforward option.

In fact, where it can be blocked, all efforts should be strenuously made to be blocked the return of women who support terrorism. This is because those who support terrorism could easily join a plot to wreak harvoc on our shores when they return, no matter how much supervision they are given.
