The Tatler Schools Guide 2018, presents the top 20 state secondary school in the UK also as a recommendation for parents living in areas close to any of the listed schools. The Eye Of Media.Com can confirm that at least half of the schools listed in Tatlers top 20 are of very high academic standard and also run by a well thought out approach . Among the schools highly ranked by Tatler was Alexa Chung’s alma mater and Peter Symonds College in Hampshire. Despite the school being a public one, its location in an affluent area in Solihull predisposes most of its residents to high aspirations for the future. The happy implications of its geographical location is that parents in the area will generally be able to afford good tutors to supplement the high standard education being offered by the school. It also means the school adopts a high standard policy that seeks to employ the best quality teachers they can get their hands on.

Another very good school on Tatler’s list is Arden Academy. In 2015, Ofsted also rated Arden Academy as an “outstanding” school at the heart of the community where students thrive”.The Chantry School Headteacher Andrew Dickenson said visitors to the school in Martley, Worcester “are always impressed with the courtesy and positive atmosphere in the school. We encourage our pupils to aim high, embrace challenge and develop the resilience to achieve their highest possible potential.”
