Around 1.6 million revelers lined Sydney Harbour to watch what is often described as ‘the best fireworks in the world’ in Australia at 1 pm GMT.
Millions of revelers in New Zealand, Australia, and Japan celebrated their 2018 new year in style with iconic firework displays.
