Tyler surmised that the public will continue to be fed with news dripping information, revealing information they have known for a long time, and indefinitely postponing the real news the world needs to hear, that UFOs exist, along with all the other weird and bizarre truths we need to know.
In effect, Tyler was pointedly indicating that Neil Armstrong was cleverly hinting to the world that it is up to knowledgeable members of the public to figure out the truth by reading between the lines and removing truth’s protective layers.
