Andrew Tate Makes Legal Bid For Emergency UK Visit After Mum Suffers Heart Attack

Controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate(pictured) and his brother Tristan have urgently requested permission to visit their mother in the UK after she suffered a heart attack.

The brothers are currently embroiled in a legal battle in Romania over allegations of human trafficking, rape, and organized crime.

The spokesperson for the Tate brothers issued a statement, revealing that their mother “suffered a sudden heart attack this afternoon and was immediately rushed to the hospital.”

The legal predicament surrounding Andrew and Tristan Tate poses a significant obstacle to their ability to travel. The brothers are currently barred from leaving Romania due to the serious charges brought against them.

Allegations of human trafficking and sexual assault have cast a shadow over Andrew Tate’s reputation, and the legal battle has been ongoing since their arrest in December 2022.

The spokesperson stressed the urgency of the situation, terming it a “critical and devastating” circumstance. Their hope is that the court in Romania will promptly approve their temporary leave to facilitate a visit to their ailing mother in the UK.

Notably, restrictions on the Tate brothers were somewhat eased in September, allowing them to travel anywhere within Romania. Prior to this, their movements were restricted to the Bucharest area, requiring permission for travel beyond those boundaries.

Andrew Tate, a controversial figure with a substantial online following, took to social media to share the distressing news. In a post on X, he stated, “My mother has had a heart attack and is in the hospital. I am going to court tomorrow to request an emergency visit to London.”

The Tate brothers’ legal troubles began in December 2022 when they were initially arrested and held in jail until March. Subsequently, they were placed under house arrest.

Charges, including those against two co-accused women, followed in June. The allegations involve accusations of using the “loverboy method” to exploit seven women through false promises of relationships or marriage.

Romanian authorities  reportedly identified six alleged victims in the case who were subjected to “acts of physical violence and mental coercion” as well as “sexual exploitation”.

The complexity of the case is further heightened by accusations of human trafficking, with the prosecution claiming that the Tate brothers, along with the two female suspects, formed a group in 2021 to commit these heinous crimes.

Andrew Tate faces additional charges of rape, vehemently denied by him, as he contends that the case is politically motivated, designed to silence him.

Despite the legal turmoil, Andrew Tate has been actively seeking the return of confiscated assets, including luxury cars and watches worth millions of euros. His efforts to clear his name and regain control over his seized valuables have been ongoing.

Tate sparked outrage when he also claimed women should bear “some responsibility” for being raped, following the allegations made against disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

Last month he was banned from all major social media platforms including Youtube, Tiktok,  Instagram and Facebook..
