A 17-year-old American teen has stupidly shot his sister dead, seconds after she gave him a birthday hug.
Martaevious Santiago pointed a loaded automatic gun behind the neck if 13-year-old Testament King after she had just greeted him with a gun.
Santiago then called the police to report himself, claiming it was an accident, the Miami Herald reported.

His family has echoed the same sentiment of sad regret at what was apparently just an accident. The united family claim does make it easy to just brush away as an escapable accident.

CHARGE
Police have charged the reckless teenager with aggravated manslaughter of a child and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony.
This means the police believe his story, for them not to charge him with murder.
