The school, which has an ambitious team driven towards bringing the best out of its pupild plans to install Schoolvision-. Schoolvision isa revolutionary technology operates by altering the light-setting to influence the mood and behaviour of children.

Children at Iveson primary school have responded well to good training from the teachers in the school, and are generally polite and well mannered. The children are generally doing well in Mathematics , reading and writing, and are rated by Ofsted as a good school.

The quality of teaching in the school has been rising for the past few years, thanks to their very driven headteacher. Concentration is an area the school has been placing particular focus on, with this smart lightning technology being the next step the school wants to take.

Now, the school believe that this technology is capable of enhancing the performance of children in the classroom even further than the current level of concentration they have established in the children so far. Young children are easily distracted, and most schools have a few disruptive children who ruin the quality of learning for others.

An insider at Iveson primary school told the eye of media.com that it is one of the schools that has fought to establish discipline and concentration in their pupils.

”Concentration and positive conduct are qualities Ivseson primary school has instilled in its pupils, the insider said. We have an effective system that engages with our pupils to help bring the best out of them. Concentration hasn’t always been a strong point of pupils in this school, but through giving them responsibilities and training them, concentration levels over time became very strong.

”Anything that improves a child’s concentration and learning experience is always a welcome feature in this school.  Good teahing requires good strategy, the insider said. The smart lightning system promises to have a positive effect on the children”.

The lighting system has been experimented upon in a handful of schools world-wide. It’s reports have been positive in terms of improved concentration and reading.

Funding will be allocated to the school that receives the highest votes from the public. The public will use their knowledge of the shortlisted schools to determine their votes.

Headteacher Hayley Marshall said in a statement: “The school is committed to enhancing the learning experience for all its pupils and recognises the importance of environment to this.

”We are enthusiastic as to how we can use new technology to enhance education at Iveson Primary School.”
